It was a perfect spot for a short visit in New Smyrna Beach with great value for money. I loved the hot water. it never ran out! You might want to bring extra towels.

This place suits me perfectly! With free Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and a lovely outdoor pool, it has everything I need. The staff even helped me find great places to eat on my first stay. I’m excited to come back for another city break!

Units sport awesome oceanfront views with large balconies perfect for soaking in the sun and fresh breeze. The spacious apartments resemble trendy accommodations rather than typical hotel rooms, making the stay feel more homey.

Some units were situated far from the beach, leading to frustration about their advertised oceanfront status. a few stayed near garbage dumpsters, which can overshadow the experience. The single elevator can be a hassle, especially when lugging luggage between floors. There are sparse kitchen supplies making meal prep a challenge. Add peeling wallpaper and cracked sinks, and you've got units that could use some renovations, taking away from the otherwise enjoyable stay.

I enjoyed my stay with breathtaking ocean views from my room and a well-equipped kitchenette that made meal prep easy. The location is fantastic, just steps away from a beautiful beach area that doesn’t allow driving, which made it much more relaxing. The staff were very friendly, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping services. However, the pool area was smaller than I expected, which could be improved for guest enjoyment.

I woke up to amazing sunrises every morning, with vibrant colors painting the sky directly outside my balcony! The convenience of having a full kitchen let me whip up breakfast while soaking in those views. Plus, the intimate atmosphere with only 25-30 condos.

The staff were fantastic They were always available when we needed anything, like extra towels and tips for places to eat nearby. The kitchen was a lifesaver, we saved a lot of cash on meals cooking instead of dining out, and the nearby grocery store made it easy to stock up.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but for what we got, it’s still acceptable.
